- Turn off the scooter and make sure it is not attached to any chargers.
- From the owner's manual identify the voltage of your scooter battery.
- Find the positive (red color) and negative (black color) polarities on the battery.
your voltage meter, attach the red clamp to the positive polar end and
the black clamp to the negative polar end of the battery.
- If the
voltage on the voltage meter is the same voltage that is indicated in
the manual, then charge the battery. If it is lower, then the battery
needs to be shocked. If there is no voltage at all, then the battery
needs to be replaced.
