• Position the replacement battery into the USP case and slide the cover back into place.

Answer: To change the battery for your larger UPS unit follow these steps:

• Place the tower so that the bottom is facing up. You should see two buttons holding the battery compartment cover along the edges.
• Press down on the buttons on the cover and slide it off the tower to expose the battery.
• Stand the tower back up and lift it up. The battery remains behind when you move the tower away.
• Turn the tower back over and place the new battery inside. Be sure to line up the battery with the battery cavity in the case.
• Slide the battery cover back onto the case and stand it upright. Make sure the cover snaps into the place or the battery can fall out.
